Originally from the Chicago area, MJ Hill, our COO, spent ten years in the apparel business working her way up through the ranks of a privately held uniform company. The company grew from $25 million to over $110 million in annual sales during this time. MJ learned everything from purchasing to scheduling to eventually handling offshore manufacturing operations. In 1991, she fulfilled her dream of living in a milder climate and moved to Arizona.

Having purchased freight during her years in Chicago, MJ went to work for an airfreight company. Her success in sales and operations in that company led to the formation of a local delivery company to handle the airfreight cartage. As a principal of that company, MJ grew the business into a multi-million dollar enterprise providing cartage and local delivery in the state of Arizona. In late 2003, she embarked on a new venture and began Above and Beyond Delivery, as she says, "In order to provide service that reaches beyond customer expectations. In today's marketplace, providing customers with quality service (much less service that goes beyond expectations) is a lost art." Our services at Above and Beyond are based on three guiding principles:
